Local stations & the Sunset trunk line
LADWP’s March 26, 2026 plan identifies Distributing Station 29 in the Palisades and Distributing Station 66 in Brentwood. The planned Sunset corridor includes a 34.5 kV connection between them and 12 kV neighborhood circuits.
The diagram below records project progress on that date. Its planned, designed and constructed segments describe construction stages; they do not confirm which circuits are carrying electricity today. LADWP’s ongoing rebuilding program includes underground power infrastructure along Sunset.
